Staring at the Ceiling

Silence screams loudly
I just stare at the ceiling
Alone with my thoughts


I am having one of those days where I feel like I have no control over life. This will pass - the illusion that I have any amount of control over things, that is. I can only control certain aspects - most importantly, my reaction to those things out of my control.
