Alone with fever and thoughts
Sick and sweaty night

Global Warming, Huh?

Global warming, huh?
If the planet is so hot,
Why's it so cold now?

I live in Central Florida, and it's freaking freezing this week. It is below normal for this time of year, and there just happens to be a global warming conference in our area. Ironic timing, huh?

Bob Dylan

Lyricist . . . poet . . .
A jingle, jangle genius.
A folk rock hero.

I was listening to Mr. Tambourine Man today by Bob Dylan. That dude has a way with words. Even if you aren't a fan of his voice, you have to admire his ability to craft a memorable, beautiful lyric.

I waft to the earth.
